Richelle Mayne (nee Gracie) - Manager

Richelle has had over 13 year's extensive experience as a clinical Exercise Physiologist, and specialises in exercise prescription for chronic conditions and musculoskeletal injuries. She has a keen interest in lower back injury prevention and rehabilitation, work conditioning and spinal stability training using the pilates method. Richellle is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia, and as a result of her efforts holds specialist accreditations in the areas of cardiac and musculoskeletal exercise Rehabilitation. In addition to this extensive clinical experience, Richelle has been employed by the University of Wollongong for nine years as an associate lecturer in the field of Exercise Rehabilitation and is responsible for teaching the professional development and practitioner skill components to fourth year undergraduate and post graduate students, training to become Exercise Physiologist's.

Angela Douglas

Angela graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation (Honours Class 1) in 2005. Following graduation, Angela spent a year working at Lawrence Hargrave Hospital/Northern Suburbs Physiotherapy as part of a multidisciplinary team focusing on the rehabilitation of inpatient and outpatient clients with chronic and complex conditions, including post-surgery and musculoskeletal injury; cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary diseases, neurological conditions; deconditioning, falls in the elderly; and chronic pain. Angela works with Rehability as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Pilates instructor, and also currently works part time in the Cardiovascular Education Centre at Royal North Shore Hospital, providing exercise and education to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including diabetes, obesity, hypertension, stroke and angina.

Kim Beazley

Kim is affiliated with Rehability and has been working in the fitness industry for 10 years. She originally began instructing aerobics classes some seven years ago, then following the completion of her Diploma, moved into her area of passion - Personal Training. Kim has a keen interest in this area and specialises in functional strength training, core stability training and exercise instruction for special populations. She posses's a punch pad certificate equipping her to train boxing, and in addition comes from a dance background. Kim has danced for 16 years and has been teaching students in jazz, tap and modern dance for the past 6 years.
